WAIVER OF LIABILITY: All participants
entering the above named parade does so at their own risk and
agrees to release and hold harmless, Nu-Way Operation BHILD and
it’s members from any loss, damage, or injury, and indemnify
said associations from any legal proceedings for personal injury
or personal damage arising from any accident occasioned by entry
in the said event. Parent or Guardian permission/signature
required for any entrant under 18 years of age.
